2021-22 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ 132 എംഎസ്എംഇ യൂണിറ്റുകളുടെ പദ്ധതി അടങ്കൽ തുകയായ 896 കോടി രൂപയിൽ 428.88 കോടി രൂപയുടെ വായ്പയാണ് കെഎസ്ഐഡിസി അനുവദിച്ചത്. തൊട്ടുമുമ്പത്തെ സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തെ അപേക്ഷിച്ച് 28 ശതമാനത്തിന്റെ വർധനയാണ് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇതിലൂടെ 2959 നേരിട്ടുള്ള തൊഴിലവസരങ്ങളാണ് സൃഷ്ടിക്കപെടുക. ഇതും സർവകാല റെക്കോർഡാണ്.

മൊത്തം വായ്പാ ആസ്തിയിൽ 30 ശതമാനത്തിന്റെ വർധനയാണ് കഴിഞ്ഞ സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷം ഉണ്ടായത്. കഴിഞ്ഞ സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷം 627 രൂപയുണ്ടായിരുന്നത് 2021-2022 ൽ 815 കോടി രൂപയായി ഉയർന്ന്. തിരിച്ചടവിന്റെ കാര്യത്തിൽ 80 ശതമാനത്തിന്റെ വർധനയാണ് ഉണ്ടായത്. മുൻവർഷം 80.96 കോടി രൂപയായിരുന്നത് 2021-2022 ൽ 148.50 കോടിരൂപയായി ഉയർന്നു. കോർപ്പറേഷന്റെ നിഷ്ക്രിയ ആസ്തി 9.8 ശതമാനമായി കുറഞ്ഞു.
കഴിഞ്ഞ സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷം 251 കോടി രൂപയുടെ നിശ്ചിത കാലാവധിക്കുള്ള വായ്പ പുതിയ 18 യൂണിറ്റുകൾക്കായി അനുവദിച്ചു.
മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുടെ പ്രത്യേക സഹായ പദ്ധതി, കോവിഡ് 19 സമാശ്വാസ പദ്ധതി പ്രവാസിഭദ്രത എന്നീ പദ്ധതികളിലൂടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ ചെറുകിട ഇടത്തരം സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്കായി 177 കോടി രൂപയുടെ വായ്പ അനുവദിച്ചു. ഇത്തരത്തിൽ 114 സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് സഹായം ലഭ്യമാക്കിയെന്നും എംജി രാജമാണിക്യം പറഞ്ഞു.
