വ്യവസായ സംരംഭകരുടെ പരാതികളിൽ 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ പരിഹാരം കാണാൻ വ്യവസായ വകുപ്പ് തയാറാക്കിയ ഓൺലൈൻ പരാതി പരിഹാര പോർട്ടൽ പ്രവർത്തനം തുടങ്ങി. മന്ത്രി പി.രാജീവ് ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു. പോർട്ടലിൽ പരാതി ലഭിച്ചാൽ, 10 കോടി രൂപവരെ നിക്ഷേപമുള്ള സംരംഭവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പരാതി കലക്ടർ അധ്യക്ഷനായ ജില്ലാതല സമിതി പരിശോധിക്കും. 10 കോടിക്കു മുകളിൽ നിക്ഷേപമുള്ള സംരംഭങ്ങളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട പരാതികൾ, ജില്ലാ സമിതിയുടെ തീരുമാനത്തിന്മേലുള്ള അപ്പീൽ എന്നിവ സംസ്ഥാന സമിതി പരിശോധിക്കും.
സംസ്ഥാന സമിതിയിൽ വ്യവസായ പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ സെക്രട്ടറി അധ്യക്ഷനും വ്യവസായ വാണിജ്യ ഡയറക്ടർ കൺവീനറുമാണ്. പരാതിയുടെ വിചാരണ വേളയിൽ ജില്ലാ, സംസ്ഥാന സമിതികൾക്ക് സിവിൽ കോടതിക്ക് തുല്യമായ അധികാരം ഉണ്ടാകും. സേവനം നൽകാൻ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ കാലതാമസമോ വീഴ്ചയോ വരുത്തിയാൽ പിഴ ചുമത്താനും നടപടിക്ക് ശുപാർശ ചെയ്യാനും സമിതികൾക്ക് അധികാരമുണ്ടാകും. പരിഹാരം നിർദേശിച്ച ശേഷം 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം നടപടിയുണ്ടായില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ ഒരു ദിവസത്തിന് 250 രൂപ എന്ന നിലയിൽ പിഴ ഒടുക്കണം. പരമാവധി 10,000 രൂപവരെ പിഴ ഈടാക്കാം.
സർവകലാശാലകളുടെയും കോളജുകളുടെയും അധികമുള്ള ഭൂമിയിൽ വ്യവസായങ്ങൾ ആരംഭിക്കാൻ പദ്ധതി തയാറാക്കുമെന്നു മന്ത്രി രാജീവ് പറഞ്ഞു. സഹകരണ വകുപ്പ് എല്ലാ ജില്ലകളിലും വ്യവസായ പാർക്കുകൾ ആരംഭിക്കും. ഈ വർഷം എട്ട് പാർക്ക് ആരംഭിക്കുമെന്നും മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.
